Jewellery Care
Kundan jewellery remains safe when kept away from moisture. So, keep your pieces in a dry pouch or a cotton muslin cloth. Also, do not spray perfumes or deodorants on yourself while wearing the jewellery – they can corrode the surface, leaving spots on the pieces.
Also, the basic thumb rule is to also avoid water, even if it is a few drops. In case you have a big
family gathering coming up and you want to wear those pieces, stick to cleaning them with a simple piece of linen or even cotton cloth.
Despite the right kind of measures moisture can’t be done away with (even when you have kept your jewellery in a box). One of the safest solutions is to wrap your kundan and polki jewellery in butter paper or cotton cloth, and keep them in an airtight container. The butter paper will lock the moisture out, to keep your jewellery dry.
Regularly cleaning of your jewellery pieces is a must. Use a soft suede cloth and wipe your pieces with it. Use an eraser to remove any stains from the jewellery. Then wipe it again. If they are soiled from use, apply some talcum powder using a delicate brush lightly on the pieces and wipe them again to maintain the shine. After this, just air out the pieces. You will notice the shine. But if you must use chemicals, be mild. Use a mild soap and warm water for diamonds and other gemstones but not for polki or jadau jewellery.

- Delivery Time:
Processing an order takes 2 working days and delivery takes 5 - 10 Working days nationwide.
- Delivery Charges:
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across India above ₹ 2,000). The orders under ₹ 2,000 will be charged with the minimum cost of ₹ 150.
TRACKING ORDERS:
As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email or contact number via sms.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email or sms after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at rachna@rachnagoyal.com.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY:
Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office of RACHNAGOYAL.
On receiving the package at our head office, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.
Customer Friendly Return Policy
Returns & exchanges are only allowed if the product you purchased doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
Our jewelry is handmade and each piece is one of a kind.
Actual product may slightly differ from what you see on the website due to photography constraints. We indeed believe that actual product would be more beautiful in real than the images on the website.
Please read the product description and follow the description, size chart, and other guides mentioned along with each item while placing the order. If you have any query before placing order you can always even consult with us.
If you still receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share with us a photo and video. A photo and video must be made with packaging within an hour of receiving. This helps us to judge the damage or incorrectness with the product received by you.
To disallow misuse of the product intended to return, we request you to please raise a return request with in 2-3 days of receipt.

Repairs:
If the jewelry bought from us needs repair services anytime, we offer our customers paid repair services.
You can write to us at rachna@rachnagoyal.com and we shall send you an estimate after understanding the repair required and the cost estimated.
Our policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product
Due to their special qualities, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
- Custom made is non-returnable.
- Fine Jewellery is non-returnable.
- One of a kind collection is non-returnable.
OUT OF REACH:
We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address which is not in an ODZ.
DELAYS IN SHIPPING:

PRICING AND PAYMENT
- The prices displayed on our website include GST (Goods & Service Tax)
- All prices will be mentioned on our website and presumed correct, except in the case of an obvious error. If such an error is discovered, we are not obligated to provide you with the product at the incorrectly displayed lower price, we will inform you within 3 working days and give you the option of confirming or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund the amount due within 15 days of cancellation. However, if you choose to continue with the order at the corrected price, we require you to place a new order. The previous order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
- Once you have completed your purchase, follow the payment process, and verify the information requested.
- Before final payment, you can modify the details of your order at any given time.
- To minimize the risk of non-authorized access, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to allow due and payable payment immediately at the time of placing your order.

SALE PERIOD
- We do not accept exchange and return on discounted products.
- We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
